clean room easy check-in communicative staff security cameras key code locks missing deposit

The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was communicative. The check in was easy, and I had no issues. I appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with staff.

There were key code locks on every door and cameras everywhere. It reminded me of I was staying at a prison. I did not receive my security deposit back. They keep telling me that I have received it, but I didn't.
